xlsgen

xlsgen is a program that allows you to read, write, calculate, display, and print Excel spreadsheets without using Excel.

Virtually any programming environment can be used, including C/C+, VB, Java, C#/VB.NET, Delphi, and so on thanks to its COM-based programming interface. The program generates files for all versions of Excel and exports your reports as PDF, ODF, XPS, HTML, CSV, and XML.
